Being one of the greatest national manufacturer of the socially important product, the company realizes its social responsibility, strives for constant improvement in its internal and outward business processes, ensures transparency and efficient performance of its processes.

7^th of December 2005 OJSC «Concern Khlibprom» adopted «Corporate Governance Code». The Code was elaborated in collaboration with IFC experts and Universal Investment Group.

This document provides clear policy for the Company's relationship with its partners, investors and consumers. Apart from moral policy, this document includes issues that refer to audit system, control authorities, social responsibility and information disclosure cthat refer to company's activity.

The Code determines that corporative management of OJSC «Concern Khlibprom» is based on management reporting principles, control and responcibility. Following principles that are stated in the Code will not only lead the company to aquiring positive reputation among shareholders, employees, consumers, contractors and other individuals but it will also lead to controlling and reducing risks connected with company's activities, maintaining constant increase of financial indices, financial transparency, balancing influences and interests and implementing effective management in the company.
