VinnytsyakhlibProductsBread-baking history in Vinnytsya takes its origin in 1933, when the first bakery of the company was set into operation. Since then Vinnytsyakhlib has gone a long way of reconstruction and re-equipment, developed extensive unique expertise and earned the reputation of the leader of baking in Vinnytsya region.

The bakery has successfully integrated automatic bread production, manual labour and superb produce quality. The very preservation of classic technologies and manual labour on specific stages of production enables to achieve exquisite taste of the produce. Traditionally no chemicals or preservatives are used in the production process. The company policy prioritises making healthy products to help people stay healthy. It accounts for Vinnytsyakhlib distinguished style and its strong reputation in the region.

Today the company capacity is 200 tons a day.

The main types of products include standard bread varieties, as well as cookies, confectionery good and various bagels. Over 77 years of their operation laboratories of the bakery have developed and launched into production over 150 types of bread varieties, 66 confectionery products and 15 types of bagels. The total range of product of Vinnytsyakhlib exceeds 200 items and includes products in different price brackets. The produce range is annually complemented with approximately 20 new items. Successes in the development and production of high-quality produce have been repeatedly recognised by public awards and prizes in professional contests.



Bar Bakery

Bar Bakery was launched in 1961. Today, in addition to bread products it also offers a wide range of confectionery. The bakery offers over 50 types of bread varieties from wheat and wheat and rye blends, as well as brewed kinds, buns and pastries. The choice of confectionery is very vast - up to 100 items, including miscellaneous cakes and cookies (sponge cakes, short pastries, sheet pastry, honey, souffle with nuts, meringue) with the use of the following decorative materials: whipped cream, coffee, chocolate and milk&nut creams, meringue, fudge, souffle, chocolate icing, jelly, etc. The assortment also boasts eastern farinaceous sweets, cookies, sponge rolls, fruitcakes, gingerbread and other spice cakes.

Currently the bakery daily output is 24 tons.

Laboratory experts keep inventing new types of produce - from 3 to 5 varieties a quarter.

Bar Bakery team has participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions. Thus, the bakery was distinguished by the diploma of the 8th International Specialised Exhibition «Bread/Confectionery» (17-20 June 2003) and the diploma for active participation in the VI International Specialised Exhibition «Food Industry» (4-6 February 2004). In the course of operation of Bar Bakery its best employees were awarded Labour Distinction of the III-Degree decoration.



Mohyliv-Podolskyy bakery

Quality

Mohyliv-Podolskyy bakery was constructed in 1968. The confectionery department was introduced in 1980. In addition to manufacturing bread, the bakery is also producing confectionery and a variety of crackers.

In 2002 the bakery underwent a large-scale reconstruction and started producing heath bread.

At the moment the bakery daily produces 25-26 bread varieties, including 6 types of bread, 18-28 types of buns and pasties, small padlock-shaped white loafs and highly decorative traditional festive bread. The product range totals about 63 bread varieties and 95 confectionery products, including cookies, fruitcakes, biscuits, rolls and cakes.

Capacity of the bakery constitutes 13 tons per day. Its sales have reached 280 tons per month.

The company has maintained steady growth over the last few years - on average by 300-500 kg per day - as well as increased demand for its produce. Sales markets keep growing due to expansion to new areas and opening new retail outlets.

The company has been nominated for regional and national awards a number of times.



Haysynkhlib

Bread-baking company Haysynkhlib was founded on November 21, 1945.

A confectionery department for producing confectionery with cream was opened in December 2001, and the department for producing biscuits, spice-cakes and waffles was opened in March 2002. The average daily output of the produce constitutes: bread products - 22 tons, confectionery - 320 kg, biscuits, bagels and waffles - 1050 kg.

The product range comprises 29 items. Today the company also makes 30 kinds of cakes, 12 types of cookies, 13 varieties of biscuits, crackers, bagels.

Bakery produce is sold in Vinnytsya, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Odessa, Kryvorizhzhia, Kirovograd, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytsk oblasts.

The company employs 375 employees in total.

Haysynkhlib has a modern attested quality laboratory. Production of high quality bread products was recognised with a gold medal of the Ukrainian National competition «Vyshcha Proba» (Hallmark of Excellence). Company successes on the food market were also distinguished with Polish «Royal Gold Medal» from «European Business Group» and «Agro Business Club» in the nominations «Company of the XXI century» and «Manager of the XXI century»
