Rivne regionSubsidiary RivnekhlibMain building of the present Subsidiary Rivnekhlib was constructed as far back as 1894. Since then the company operated as a private bakery. It was partially ruined during the war in the 40-ies and reconstructed in 1945. Having gone a long way of expansions and augmenting capacity, Rivne bakery joined OJSC Concern Khlibprom in 2005. Bakery No.1 and Bakery No.2 with the aggregate daily capacity of 55 tons of bread products constitute the manufacturing capacities of Subsidiary Rivnekhlib. There are 6 production lines and an operating confectionery department. Subsidiary Rivnekhlib has an actual output of 15 tons of bread and 100 kg of a wide range of confectionery per day. Subsidiary Rivnekhlib has a well-developed infrastructure. In-house company chain includes 11 shops, which sell approximately 12% of bread and confectionery products.
Subsidiary Rivnekhlib is one of the leading bread and confectionery producers on the regional market, accounting for up to 30% of the total volume of bread product sales. The bakery is renowned for its commitment to the proven traditional methods of bread-making - its products are made only from natural ingredients and are free of chemical additives. Subsidiary Rivnekhlib products comprise about 35 varieties of bread and 25 kinds of confectionery to cater for all tastes. There is special demand for the unique product of the company - hearth bread «Podilskyy», which has a net weight of 80% in the overall scope of production. «Lubytelskyy» bread with the savoury taste of coriander, malt and molasses has won a vast number of admirers. The same goes for traditional «Country doughnuts». Confectionery products are equally in high demand, in particular «Chocolate & Nut» and «Margo» cakes and «Lasunka» (Gourmand) biscuits. The company participates in various exhibitions of produce and has been awarded with numerous diplomas and awards in recognition of the high level of its produce. The bakery employs over 200 people. The bakers have passed their expertise and mastery from generation to generation for over course of a century. |
